Hello! My name is Michael Fleet and I am the owner of Fleet Electrical Contractors. I am writing to make you aware of our business services.
I am proud to say we our celebrating 21 years in business in the Winchester area. We specialize in the wiring of new homes, from single story ranch up to custom estate homes. I personally have been in the electrical trade for 36 years and have my Master Electrician license. I have owned and operated Fleet Electrical Contractors for the past 21 years and have done over a hundred homes in the Winchester area.
I am licensed in Virginia #VA002877 and West Virginia #WV005019. Our prices are $2.20 a square foot and include all electrical wiring required to meet the national electrical code. All labor and materials are included with the exception of light fixtures and ceiling fans that are a personal choice that I leave up to the homeowner.
